ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our Salesforce consultants in the UK formed a meaningful partnership with Help & Care, a British non-profit organisation that provides aid to communities all over the country, placing a special focus on helping the elderly. Since 1985, the organisation has been committed to providing assistance to elderly people, enabling them to maintain an outstanding quality of life and a high degree of autonomy. Help & Care came to us with the objective of streamlining its operations in southern England, ranging from communicating with its expansive network of clients to connecting its employees in a more effective manner.

THE PROJECT

Our team of experienced Salesforce consultants implemented Sales and Service Cloud in order to give employees a more accessible and comprehensive overview of client information. What’s more, we created an external Partner Portal, which serves as a user-friendly platform for connecting clients, partners, and other collaborators.

Help&Care

THE OUTCOME

  • We connected 225 Salesforce users in total, 75 of whom worked internally
  • The Partner Portal platform grew to 150 users
  • The management of client information and interactions was greatly facilitated
  • Internal communication, collaboration, reporting, and event management processes improved
  • A call centre using computer telephony integration (CTI) was installed to help manage customer calls
